My photographic journey began in a strange way and it was a gift, which became a lesson and a present at the same time. All my life I have been interested in theatrical forms, ball dresses, hair nets and nylon tights, crystal ashtrays, brown lipstick, thin eyebrows and cold waves on hair. My grandmother served as an example for me and a portrait that I transferred to my shots. I spent a lot of time around her dressing table, where there were earrings with precious stones and pearls, Chanel number 5 and pearl nail polishes. This inspired me a lot and one day it became a collective image. I began to come up with my own heroine, who has the character traits of a girl who is unlike anyone else (in my reading). I began to be attracted to the parfumes, beauty and nuances SHE wears. I came up with a character and gave it something of my own each time. From the age of 15 I started photographing girls who were my muses and inspired me every day. My heroine still wears Chanel 5 and smokes, smokes constantly... Nowadays I photograph exclusively with a film camera just to add some theatricality.
